NASP CSM Cincinnati Hotel Promotion – Official Rules
Official Terms and Conditions
The NASP Certified Safety Manager (CSM) Cincinnati Hotel Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by the National Association of Safety Professionals (“NASP”) subject to the following terms and conditions.
Promotion Overview
Eligible participants who register for the Certified Safety Manager (CSM) classroom course scheduled for June 8 through June 12, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and comply with all Promotion requirements, may receive a discount of $675 applied toward their course registration.
The discount amount is intended to offset the approximate cost of hotel accommodations associated with NASP’s designated hotel room block pricing.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this Promotion, participants must:
- Register for the eligible CSM Cincinnati classroom course using coupon code CIN675 at checkout.
- Reserve accommodations at the designated hotel:
Drury Plaza Hotel Cincinnati Florence - Complete the hotel reservation on or before May 24, 2026 using NASP’s designated booking link.
- Submit valid proof of hotel reservation to [email protected] on or before May 24, 2026.
Proof of Reservation Requirements
Acceptable proof of reservation must clearly display:
- Participant name
- Hotel name
- Reservation confirmation number
- Reservation dates
NASP reserves the right to determine whether submitted documentation satisfies Promotion requirements.
Failure to Meet Requirements
If valid proof of hotel reservation is not received by NASP on or before May 24, 2026:
- The $675 promotional discount will be revoked,
- The participant will remain responsible for the full course registration balance, and
- Full payment must be received prior to attendance in the course.
NASP reserves the right to cancel or deny promotional eligibility if any submitted information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise fails to comply with these terms.
Promotion Limitations
- This Promotion applies only to the eligible CSM Cincinnati classroom session scheduled for June 8 through June 12, 2026.
- This Promotion may not be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes, bundled pricing, or special pricing arrangements unless expressly authorized by NASP in writing.
- This Promotion is not valid on prior purchases, prior registrations, transfers, or existing balances.
- The Promotion has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, reimbursement, credit, or substitution.
- The Promotion is non-transferable and applies only to the originally registered participant.
- Hotel costs exceeding the promotional amount are solely the responsibility of the participant.
Hotel Reservation Changes or Cancellations
If a participant cancels, modifies, shortens, or otherwise alters their qualifying hotel reservation in a manner that causes the reservation to no longer comply with Promotion requirements, NASP reserves the right to revoke the promotional discount and require payment of the remaining registration balance.
Course Cancellation or Modification
NASP reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the course or Promotion at any time due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, force majeure events, or other business or operational reasons.
In the event of course cancellation by NASP, any refunds or credits shall be governed by NASP’s standard course cancellation and refund policies.
General Conditions
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Official Terms and Conditions and all applicable NASP registration policies.
NASP reserves the right to interpret, apply, modify, or enforce these terms at its sole discretion.
Void where prohibited by law.
