Owner’s Safety Representative

This role requires full-time on-site presence during the workweek. While we prefer candidates who already live within reasonable commuting distance, we are happy to provide per diem for the right person.

This is a W-2 position that includes major medical benefits, PTO, etc.. The ideal candidate will have:

1. BCSP (CSP) or NASP-equivalent certification
2. 10+ years of relevant experience
3. Demonstrated OCIP experience
4. A proven track record in Occupational Safety and Health, primarily in construction

Beyond the technical qualifications, we’re looking for someone known for strong conflict resolution skills, the ability to align and unite teams at both the executive/senior leadership level and in the field, and who excels at fostering collaboration across all levels of the project.

Compensation is competitive and will range between $150,000 and $200,000 annually, depending on experience. The position is expected to start within the next 90 days (or sooner if we find the right candidate).
