Are you passionate about safety and eager to make a real difference? Lancaster Safety is on the lookout for a dynamic, motivated Occupational Safety & Health Professional to join our team part-time as needed! If you enjoy meeting new people and sharing your safety knowledge, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Safety Trainings: Deliver engaging OSHA awareness sessions and specialty courses, such as First Aid/CPR and OSHA certifications.
- Conduct Onsite Evaluations: Perform safety inspections and hazard assessments, providing actionable recommendations to improve workplace safety.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work with the company to develop effective safety programs and best practices.
- Travel: Visit various client locations, with potential overnight stays for project needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English & Spanish-speaking.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in safety management or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years in an occupational safety role.
