Approved For Department of Veterans Affairs GI Educational Benefits
If you have available GI Education Benefits you will be eligible for reimbursement once you pay for and pass the certification exam. You are not required to complete the course work in order to challenge the exam but you may download the course materials if you desire. You will be required to pass the exam with a score of 80% or higher before a 3 year certification is issued. When filling out the Sample form for the VA please list the proper name of the exams on the VA form or this will delay your reimbursement. For example the Environmental Health and Safety Management Exam is named Environmental Health and Safety Exam. The proper name for each exam can be found on search page listed below: http://inquiry.vba.va.gov/weamspub/buildSearchLCCriteria.do. Please click on the state of NC on the map diagram and in the drop down box select "Certification". You can click on that course name to find the name of the exam. If you do not list the proper name of the exam your reimbursement claim will be sent back to you denied.
- VA Reimbursement Form - First, fill out this form.
- accounting@naspweb.com - Second, submit the invoice you will receive from the Accounting Department upon payment in full.
- trainingservices@naspweb.com - Third, submit the Score Letter you will receive from the Training Department when you pass the course exam.
