Can I get a status on delivery of my course materials?

Do you offer CEU’s (Continuing Education Units)?

I need an extension to complete my course. How do I apply?

I need assistance regarding a course I’m taking. Who can I speak with?Make sure you have read the question and required materials and understand the material you read. Most courses are open-book tests to assist students in self-discovery. If you went through a 40 hour course with others doing the same course you may like to e-mail other students and utilize group training methodology. The IASP and NASP are happy to assist students in genuine difficulties that have made every effort to do the required work. Neither the IASP nor the NASP will give out answers to questions. Have you received my exam/yet?
Allow 3-5 business days if you have mailed your exam. Exams sent by FAX or e-mail are received immediately. Always keep a copy of your test for your own records.

When do I get my exam grades back?
Within 5-7 business days of receiving test, providing payment has been received.
When do I need to recertify my IASP and NASP certifications?
NASP/IASP Certifications can be refreshed by challenging the exam for that course or for professional course recertification you may upgrade to the next level of certification. For most topical Independent study course recertification the cost is $65.00. For more information on professional recertification please contact Member Services at 800-922-2219.
Is there a way to become certified without attending a class?

How do I apply for a scholarship?

Have you received my payment yet?
Please allow 3-5 business days for checks in USPS mail. Allow at least one week for mail shipped outside the United States. For your protection we advise you to keep a tracking number. I'm outside the United States. How much will my shipping charges be?
All students living outside the US will receive electronic downloads, certificates and Membership certificates. If the student would like to receive course materials, Course Certification certificates or Membership Certificates via UPS Ground then all shipping cost must be paid by the student before materials or certificates can be shipped.

What is your return/refund and exchange policy?
Return/Refund Policy for Distance Learning Certifications and Products
Under special circumstances, NASP will consider accepting a return on undamaged items within 10 days of the original delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) #. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. In all cases, any returns must be authorized by an NASP representative. Return/Refund Policy for Safety Manager Trainer Class
Tuition must be paid prior to the course date.
Once you register, NASP begins to incur costs in processing your order, setting up your NASP files, sending pre-class materials, and preparing your course materials. Therefore full refunds are not provided. Our policy is as follows:
1. Cancellation four weeks or more in advance of the course date: 80% refund.
2. Cancellation three weeks in advance of the course date: 60% refund.
3. Cancellation two weeks in advance of the course date: 40% refund.
4. Cancellation less than two weeks in advance of the course date receives no refund.Exchange Policy for all Certifications
You may exchange any distance learning certification for another topic. We will simply apply your payment towards the new topic.
You may reschedule the Safety Manager Trainer class or substitute yourself with another student. Please advise us one week before the class date.
